As President & CEO, Sureshkumar Rajamani helps YAETRAM LLC and its customers to enhance workforce capabilities, deliver innovative solutions, drive excellence and growth!
He is a proven leader, strategist, and relationship builder with extensive experience in leading multimillion-dollar projects in global locations, Safety-critical Systems and Software development, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Industrial Engineering consulting, Lean Product Development and Manufacturing, Change management, Continuous improvement, Innovation, Reliability improvements and Cost savings projects.
He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and SAFe® certified Product Manager, with master’s in systems and industrial engineering from the University of Florida. Also, demonstrated leadership beyond the workplace, serving as a Vice President at Space coast Chess Foundation Inc., Vice President at Collins Leadership Association, served as Vice President – Programs at PMI Space Coast Project Managers Chapter. He is an active member of Project Management Institute (PMI), National Management Association (NMA).
With an MBA in International Business and experience as a Business Analyst, Ramya excels in building strong client relationships and driving business growth. Her strategic approach focuses on aligning client needs with innovative solutions, ensuring impactful and sustainable results.
